Drop a distributor invoice PDF here to turn its lines into a Shopify
product CSV. A Secret Lair order or shipping email saved as .eml
(Gmail: ⋮ → Download message) works too, for bundles that ship as
separate items. Order confirmations from Shopify stores, such as
Mystery Dice Goblin, work the same way and bring each line's price and
product picture. The file is read in this browser and never uploaded
anywhere. Everything comes out as draft, so nothing goes on sale
until you publish it in Shopify.

AliExpress invoices are read too: type what the card charged for one in
yuan, and name each line the way the shop calls it.
TCGplayer orders
TCGplayer sends no invoice. Open Order History
on tcgplayer.com, scroll to the bottom so every order shows, press Ctrl+P,
set Destination to Save as PDF, save it, and choose that file above.
Use Chrome or Edge on a computer, with Pages left on All, Scale on
Default (100%), Pages per sheet at 1 and Headers and footers ticked.
The page is read in this browser and nothing is uploaded.

Every invoice in the ledger and who filed it. A paid supplier invoice
goes in by itself and says mail reader or book. Click one to preview
its lines; one filed from a supplier's invoice can be taken out there.

Amazon import
Once a month, download Amazon's order history report and drop it
here. A line already in Operating & overhead is never added twice,
from any tab or device, and nothing already in is changed. Cancelled
and returned lines are left out. Check the preview, then import.
Wages by week from the payroll timesheets: frozen rates × hours,
salaries and bonuses included. Edit the numbers in Payroll; this
page just adds them up.
Synced from the mailbox. The category column is yours: it
survives every re-sync. Anything uncategorized is waiting to be filed.

Add a store event
Dates this weekly event does not run, separated by commas, as year-month-day. The night drops off the website's calendar and off the schedule Hermes and the morning brief read, and shows here as skipped. The website's weekly-events card still says the event runs Fridays, which stays true, so put the cancelled night in the blurb if customers need telling.
Ticked: the event never lands on a calendar day, only on the website's weekly-events card, which shows the schedule text instead of a day and time. Unticked with text filled in: the text replaces the computed "Fridays 6–10 PM" line.
Paste the event's page from Bandai TCG+ (Gundam, One Piece, Dragon Ball) or the Wizards companion app (Magic, D&D). The website shows it as a button; leave the text blank and it picks one from the link.
Fee and seats go into the website's event markup for Google. Blank = not stated (no price is published), 0 = free. A Wizards event is rewritten from its EventLink listing every hour, fee and seats included, so set those in EventLink. A TCG+ event refills a fee or seat count from the listing when the listing has one.
The website shows a one-off event from today up to 90 days ahead, and its Specials list holds the next 9 dated events. Weekly events and events with no fixed dates always show. Saving publishes to the website straight away and says here whether it worked.

Mailboxes watched for tracking
Passwords are never stored here. This list only says which mailboxes to
read; the credentials live with the job that reads them.
Mail that stumped the scanner
Looked like supplier mail, yielded nothing. Each row is a parser
worth adding: mention it to Claude. Dismiss what's noise.
Landfall's own people. A title sets seniority and pay type; it does not
grant access. Everyone starts with their timecard and deliveries, and the
owner and HR open up the rest per person under Permissions.
